How to Register: Step 1 of 3

If you have previously filled out the 2008 Registration Information Form online and you have your confirmation number handy, please Proceed to Payment.

Otherwise, please read the information below and click the link at the bottom of this page to Register.

 

Fall Ball 2008 Registration is now OPEN for all divisions:
We are looking forward to another fun year of Fall Ball! Please read all of the information on this page carefully before proceeding.

Fees for Fall Ball 2008 are $95 per player, except Juniors, which is $125 per player.

 

Information Form, Selections, Waivers:

If you are registering more than one player, you must complete the entire registration and payment checkout cycle separately for each player. Each player is assigned a separate confirmation and payment number for tracking purposes. Please do not try to register or pay for two players at once. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.

At the end of Step 2 you will be asked to sign electronically a Consent to Participate, a Waiver of Liability and a Medical Release. Please read each of these carefully before signing.

 

Payment:
After completing Step 2 you will receive a Registration confirmation number, which will also be e-mailed to you. If you wish to proceed directly to Payment, this number will be automatically inserted in the Payment form.

However, if you return later to complete payment, you must have your confirmation number handy to enter into the Payment form. You will not be able to complete Payment without this number. To complete Payment later, return to this Registration page and Proceed to Payment.


Before proceeding, please make sure you have handy the following:

• Health Plan information
• Doctor's Name and Phone
• Credit Card information or PayPal account information
